I heard / read somewhere that they only pay $1000 mo for initial new hire  ? REALLY hoping that's a horrible rumor....also was told we have to pay for uniforms.... |

I think that's what I was paid for training when I started in the Regionals last year and had to pay for my uniforms. Hopefully training is less than two months!

I asked Sharon about the timeline after the medical exam. She said it averages 3-4 business days turnaround for the results. Once info is received, it is sent to the flight department. She doesn't have a solid timeline after that, but she believes it shouldn't take long for the final "unconditional" offer.

So here's some information I got from one of our CKAs that flowed to AA recently:
This is his response to how it is going there, relative to Eagle:
The other intel I found out today is that one of the guys that got offered a job (Eagle FO whose dad was an FO on AA11 from 9/11) will start January 4th. I don't know if this is accurate or not, though.

BTW, ^ I think he started yesterday ^ He was a numbered flow-through guy from Eagle. Not part of the 824 group, their first class is in the beginning of December.

Received unconditional offer! Medical completed Tuesday at LAX. So, 3 days to clear. See y'all in Dallas.

Hmmm so its looking like maybe 30% of the group got emails for unconditional offer... Is the rest of the group as worried as i am , cause im going loco over here..but then i havent gotten rejection letter either so now im just confused too...any thoughts or info ladies and gents?

Just got the conditional offer. LaTonya said there is not another December class date. They are putting us in an early January class. This past week has been nerve racking.
